ROYALSTONE ® Quartz stones consists of 93% of quartz cystal, one of the hardest minerals in nature, therefore it has very high durability, corrosive and thermo resistance.
Quartz stone surface looks like natural granite and has rich colors. It is manufactured in vacuum condition and has a very hard surface with almost no porosity. The beauty and features of the product are suitable for any interior surface.
The surface of Royalstone is ensured with solid structure and no porosity, then you can simply clean it with a warm cloth and mild detergent such as Multipurpose Detergent Cream will keep it like newly installed one.
In order to maintain glossiness of the surface, make sure not to use corrosive cleaning chemicals, but just simply clean it with water after use.
We recommend thorough cleaning of the Royalstone surface (as patina might appear on the surface due to cooking oil or air) to keep it as beautiful as the first day.
Quartz is a molten material at high temperatures (melting point up to 1,300 ° C), thus it is very high heat resistance., It is the highest heat resistant material besides stainless steel in the market today. However, any stone can still be damaged by sudden and rapid temperature changes, especially near the edge. Therefore, you’d better use hot pads or gaskets to cover cooking utensils such as electric frying pans, pots, or ovens and not placing hot cookware directly on the surface of Royalstone.
Use a soft, damp cloth with warm water and soap. If necessary, use neutral detergents such as multi-purpose cleansing cream, pour directly onto the surface, wait about 5 minutes, then use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the surface and finally rinse again with water. In order to maintain the glossiness of the surface, be sure not to use corrosive substance during cleaning, but simply rinse with water.
To remove stubborn materials such as food, gum, or nail polish, first scrape off excess material with a plastic knife and then clean the surface with a damp cloth to remove the remaining traces and dirt.
Royalstone is a non-porous surface and if properly maintained, there is no bacteria. Therefore it is safe to cook and prepare food.
ROYALSTONE ® Quartz surface is highly abrassive resistant, however, avoid using sharp objects such as sharp knives or screwdrivers directly on the surface. The use of a cutting board is always recommended.

We recommend that you use cleaning products with a pH of 5-8, products outside this range can cause surface damage, such as oven cleaners, paint cleaners, and detergents. Toilet wash, soap with oil essence, detergents with corrosive chemicals, furniture cleaners, waterproofing agents etc. If your surface accidentally contacts with such product, it might be damage, then you ‘d better rinse immediately with water to neutralize the affect
RoyalStone offers more consistent colors than granite, making it easier to choose colors from patterns without having to limit the colors of the quarries. In addition, RoyalStone is easy to maintain – it is not difficult to clean or necessary to protect the surface.
Here we do not answer not okay. Some customers have chosen to install Royalstone surface in outdoor applications, however, such application is not among our warranty.
The Royalstone surface has not been tested in prolonged UV exposure applications.

II. CARE & MAINTENANCE
With a hard and non-porous texture, the Royalstone surface is very simple to clean. In most cases, soap and warm water or mild detergent is enough to maintain the glossiness of the surface.
If necessary, apply common detergents, without corrosive chemicals, we recommend CIF Multipurpose Cream (white bottle) for the surface, use a damp cloth or sponge to wipe Surface and rinse thoroughly after cleaning. We recommend you to thoroughly clean your Royalstone surface on a regular basis (as patina can grow on the surface from cooking oils or air) to keep the surface as beautiful as the first day.
To remove dry hard stains such as food, gum, or nail polish, first remove excess materials with plastic items such as plastic knives and then clean the surface with a damp cloth. To remove any traces and dirt remaining. Or for too stubborn stains that have been dry for a long time, after scraping off excess materials, pour the Multipurpose Cleaning Cream onto the surface, wait for about 5 minutes, and then use a soft, damp cloth on the surface and finally rinse with water.
